Coming Up!

Humming, Breathwork and Movement Workshop
Thursday 4th April 7-8pm at our studio (Ushaw Historic House and Gardens)

Come and spend a relaxing hour in our beautiful space, learning how to use your breath, body and voice to ground yourself.
We'll start with some simple breathwork, then explore our voices through humming, and finish with some very gentle movement.
